Charting the Year Ahead: Power Measurement’s Annual Strategy Session in Knysna

At Power Measurement and Distribution, we believe that the best ideas happen when we step away from the usual office routine and create a space to encourage out-of-the-box thinking. That’s why we prioritise dedicated time each year for our Annual Strategy Meeting. It is a chance for our Sales and Management team to get together, plan, brainstorm, and align around the goals for another exciting and jam-packed year ahead. 

This year’s strategy session took place in the beautiful setting of the Knysna Waterfront, hosted by the Protea Hotel. While much of the time was spent in the boardroom, we took the opportunity to have some fun exploring the area and trying out the lovely restaurants. The most memorable experience was a trip on a chartered catamaran to the Knysna Heads. It certainly got the adrenaline pumping and encouraged some team bonding!

These breakaway sessions allow us to step back, spark new thinking, and collaborate freely as we value the input of each team member. The open dialogue and creative exchange fuel our continued innovation and keep us responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.

New ideas for the upcoming year

We are excited about what the year ahead holds as we look forward to a major milestone: our 30^th anniversary in April 2026. Planning for this significant event is already underway, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who has supported our journey.
